present simple

We use the Present Perfect to say that an action happened at an unspecified time before now. The exact time is not important.
We can't use the Present Perfect with specific time expressions (yesterday, tomorrow).

This is the perfect way:has/have + past participle

Examples
I have lived in my house.
He hasn't swom in my river.
Has she run along the path?
